PROGRESS / FEEDBACK / ENQUIRIES
Due to our massive client base we do not provide feedback via email, telephone and or fax.
- Secure online feedback is provided by following the “Monitor Progress” link in the menu on the left of this page.
- Applicants that filed their applications online receive a tracking code. By visiting the above link and entering the tracking code applicants can monitor progress on their applications, but can also post requests and or questions.
- If you lost your tracking code you can recover it by visiting the above link and simply entering the email address under which the application was filed. The tracking code will then be emailed to the so entered email address.
- The online progress link organizes all communication under one personalized online file to the benefit of the client and is updated by Southern Mobile as soon as progress is made on an application. With any update an email is immediately send to the client to inform the client of the update.
- Please check your junkmail for our emails as certain computer setting regard auto emails as junkmail.
- No feedback does not mean we are not working on your application it simply means that in your case it takes more time and effort to secure the required deal.
- Please do not request feedback on applications before you have read the “frequently Asked Questions” and “Processing Stages” section of our Knowledgebase viewable at the above link.
- Please remember: applications of low itc scoring clients take longer to process and evaluate.
